La phrase correcte en français serait :

"J'ai raté mon train."
ou
"J'ai manqué mon train." (plus courant au Canada ou dans un registre un peu plus soutenu en France)

"J'ai perdu mon train" n'est pas correct dans ce contexte, car "perdre" s'emploie plutôt pour des objets personnels (comme "j'ai perdu mes clés").

Donc, pour dire que vous n'avez pas réussi à prendre le train à temps, on dit :

"J'ai raté mon train."
