de (des) pommes

Presque ! Mais la bonne forme est :

Un kilo de pommeset non des pommes.

Pourquoi ?

Avec les expressions de quantité, comme un kilo, beaucoup, peu, etc., on utilise “de” (ou “d’” devant une voyelle), sans article défini (le/la/les).

Exemples :

  • Un kilo de pommes
  • Beaucoup de riz
  • Peu de temps
  • Une bouteille d’eau

À ne pas confondre :

  • des pommes = some apples (article partitif/pluriel)
    • J’achète des pommes. (I'm buying some apples.)
  • Mais : J’achète un kilo de pommes. (I’m buying a kilo of apples.)

Résumé :

Expression de quantité + de + nom (sans article)
Un kilo de pommes ✔️
